Job Description:

Provides assessment and analysis of the JMH ACPE Program accreditation portfolio.

Education:

Master's Degree Theological Studies (M.Div or equivalent) - Required ACPE—Certified Educator - Required

Experience:

5 years Healthcare - Spiritual Care - Preferred Healthcare - Chaplaincy - Preferred

Additional Experience:

ACPE Program accreditation oversight

Certifications/Licensures:

ACPE Certified Educator - Required

Skills:

In depth knowledge of ACPE Program Accreditation Requirement

Maintains professional and personal integrity

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication
Consult with and cooperate with the Director of Spiritual Care
Maintain a positive working relationship between the Spiritual care department
High degree of working with minimal supervision
Adheres to the John Muir Health and departmental policies and procedures regarding sick time, attendance, rest and meal periods, dress code, safety, etc

Temporary per diem position NTE May 29, 2026

Work Shift:

08.0 - Per Diem Days No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$79.07 - $106.72

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
