Job Description:

Performance of inpatient and outpatient echocardiograms: Transthoracic, Transesophageal, Stress echocardiography and determining when to use echo contrast agents (Definity and Agitated Saline), including calculations and report writing.

Education:

Graduate of an Accredited School of Sonography Program - Required

Experience:

1 year Related Experience - Preferred

Certifications/Licensures:

RDCS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or
RCS Registered Cardiac Sonographer - CCI Cardiovascular Credentialing International - Required within 6 months of assuming position
BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Work Shift:

08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$75.28 - $101.62

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
