Interim Program Coordinator - CMC Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery - Part Time - 8 Hour - Days

Job Description:

The Program Coordinator – Provides coordination of the Bariatric Program at the Concord Medical Center. Working with executive director, physicians and service line staff, the Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, facilitating and/or coordinating system-wide patient care services developed for the Bariatric Program. The Program Coordinator will develop and maintain a high degree of expertise and knowledge regarding state of the art technology and services related to Bariatrics and adhere to the Health System mission, core values and customer service philosophy to ensure the provision of quality patient care in the most efficient manner in accordance with JMH policy.in providing quality care service.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree Accredited School of Nursing - Required

• Master's Degree - Preferred

Experience:

• One year or greater Metabolic Bariatric Surgical Program Coordination- Preferred

• Five to seven years RN/Nursing experience - Required

• Previous experience in program management - Preferred

Certifications/Licensures:

• RN - Registered Nurse

• Licensed or Registered Healthcare Professional -Required

Skills:

• Demonstrated excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well with a wide variety of targeted audiences.

• Demonstrated excellent writing and presentation skills.

• Strong computer skills and project management including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access, or another relational database desired. Business development skills preferred

This interim position is scheduled to end around September/October 2025. Work shift 0800-1630

Pay Range:

$71.45 - $107.18
