The Chaplain provides direct spiritual care to patients, families and staff, including on-calls. The Chaplain teaches in-services, educational and restorative events to staff and helps mentor CPE students. The incumbent assists the Director in ensuring that the goals and objectives of the Spiritual Care department are met.Education:
Master's Degree Theological Studies - Required
Coursework CPE - Clinical Pastoral Education - Required
Experience:
5 years Healthcare - Spiritual Care Preferred
Healthcare - Chaplaincy Preferred
Additional Experience:
Hospital ministry experience.
Certifications/Licensures:
Ordination in Recognized Faith Group
Faith Group Endorsement
ACPE4 Units - Required
APC or NACC or NAJC Chaplain Board Certification - Achieved Prior to or within 12 months of hire - Required

$39.81 - $59.72HourlyOffer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
