Job Description:

The Human Resources Business Partner - Talent Development is an exempt level individual contributor responsible for facilitating high quality learning experiences, supporting organizational development initiatives, and providing employee relations assistance in partnership with HR Business Partners. This role delivers training modules, supports leadership development and onboarding programs, and helps strengthen organizational capability through effective facilitation, collaboration, and follow-through. The HR and Talent Development Partner serves as a resource to leaders and employees, ensuring learning programs are implemented smoothly and employee relations matters are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality. The role requires strong facilitation skills, sound judgment, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field

  • Experience facilitating training or delivering workshops required

  • Experience supporting employee relations activities preferred

  • Experience evaluating training effectiveness or handling learning feedback preferred

Skills:

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with HRBPs, leaders, employees, and cross-functional teams

  • Working knowledge of HR practices, employee relations fundamentals, and employment law basics

  • Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

  • Effective project and time management abilities with strong follow-through

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies (LMS, virtual facilitation tools)

  • High reliability, professionalism, discretion, and alignment with organizational values

Work Shift:

Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$64.19 - $96.29

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
