Job Description:

Provides project management oversight to planning, design and construction of healthcare projects or to a business strategy (involving a number of projects). Manages projects in any/all phases including initial business planning; planning; scoping; securing funding and approvals; estimating; design; securing permits; construction; equipping; furnishing; move-in; close-out; reports; and presentations. Responsible for the overall direction, administration, completion of project, as well as, financial and schedule outcomes. Oversees, directs and manages project teams including facility engineers; ITS; purchasing; financial staff; as well as, contracted consultants (architects, engineers, etc.), vendors and contractors. Responsible for developing project scope, budget and schedule.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Arts Architecture - Preferred or

  • Bachelor of Arts Engineering - Preferred or

  • Bachelor of Arts Construction Management - Preferred or

  • Bachelor of Arts Project Management - Preferred or

  • Bachelor of Arts Related Field - Preferred

Experience:

  • 5 years Related Experience - Required

  • Sales/Marketing - Web Program Project Management - Preferred

Skills:

  • Working knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering and construction.

  • Working knowledge of federal, state, local laws and regulations related to health facility projects including OSHPD, entitlements and permitting process.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook).

  • Experience with Power Point, MS Project, eBuilder or similar programs desirable.

Exempt Salaried (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$125,240.00 - $187,861.00

Salary

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
